@LockEx that depends. Certain toothpaste formulations contain (what they refer to as “Novamin technology”) particles of bioactive glass, which are small enough to get stuck onto micropores in dentine, and over 8-10 hours, these particles will dissolve and redeposit as apatite - similar in chemistry to the mineral of enamel and dentine. These are primarily aimed at repairing dentine and stopping hypersensitivity. Enamel repair is more complicated. Not sure about mouthwashes yet.
