Steve Troughton-SmithApple's DMA proposal itself violated the DMA in several ways, but we've seen Apple (and App Review) go beyond even that and make blatant violations since — the blocking of UTM is just the most recent example. It is no surprise at all that the fines are coming this quick, and they're going to ratchet up pretty quickly with the way things are trending

Archagon@stroughtonsmith Wow, I did not realize that Apple abused notarization to ban it from third party stores as well. That is infuriating.

Matt@nmn Me too. I'd much prefer Apple design the system, but as long as they keep doing these customer unfriendly policies, I'll take the EU and Japan forcing them. Eventually I hope they wake up and make it right.
