Amazing piece of cycle / pedestrian infrastructure that avoids the need to go around #Toyama port. The active transport deck is suspended below the main deck of the bridge. Elevators provide access. Disappointed riding is prohibited and I had to walk the bike. Spectacular views! #CycleTouring #AomoriBound
