People think that introverts are incapable of basic human interaction and emotion, like we are social recluses because we seemingly don't like to talk and hate everyone.We like to talk and socialize, we're just selective and we're on a timer called the social battery.

@europlus @Sheril I think I'm like that too or at least just have crazy social anxiety. Crowds can put me into a panic.

I never liked this definition. It feels like something HR made up so the CEO who's mingling effortlessly at some office party 4 nights a week could say "no, I'm just like you!" (I.e. it's your fault you're struggling and you could overcome it if you just tried harder)
