I just ordered this, but it hasn't arrived yet. The Cedar Smoked Garlic they do is incredible but out of stock. So I was in the same boat.

@selenalarson A hot sauce should be just hot. Any other flavors can be added by other spices.

As far as hotness goes, I recommend "Da Bomb - The Final Answer" (to the question "which is the hottest hot sauce?"):

The recommended use is one drop per gallon of food. I used one drop per plate when I was still allowed to eat hot stuff.
