@sugar I read an article once (wish I had saved it) that said they do this so they can run the results through AI analysis and filter out strong-willed people or those who will stand up to authority.

Not exactly the same, but in the late 80’s/early 90’s a company wanted me to hire them to apply a personality test (tweaked Myers Briggs) to my employees in order to weed out those who gave consistent answers because they were the most dangerous legally.
