@sugar This one in particular concerns me because I have ZERO idea what kind of answer they are looking for. Like in ye old days of applying for a retail position obviously they want you to narc on your coworker who time thefted and of course I'm supposed to find shoplifting to be an abomination unto the lord. It's simple. They look under which number you'll put "justice" (and throw in some stupidity like "torture" and "poisoning" to detect random answers/motivate you to start arranging). Because people who value justice high are more inclined to argue working conditions and don't let employer threat them like a shit.
