actual question my friend (also looking for work) is getting when they apply to work at a local cofe shop
this one defies explanation but it's from a job app for a hotel front desk position

@sugar This one in particular concerns me because I have ZERO idea what kind of answer they are looking for. Like in ye old days of applying for a retail position obviously they want you to narc on your coworker who time thefted and of course I'm supposed to find shoplifting to be an abomination unto the lord. But THIS????

Worst in CEO speak should be blunder right???? But shouldn't poisoning a water supply be worse because best intentioned it's a blunder with catastrophic consequences?????

  I can't this is too much

@lapis @sugar
It's simple. They look under which number you'll put "justice" (and throw in some stupidity like "torture" and "poisoning" to detect random answers/motivate you to start arranging). Because people who value justice high are more inclined to argue working conditions and don't let employer threat them like a shit.

@tyx @lapis @sugar precisely...

It's aimed to normalize and legally discriminate against people who are unionized or likely to have their priorities straight...
