US cops never turn out like this at Nazi rallies or school shootings, but against peaceful genocide protesters they bring their very best A game, huh? (Photo: Robert Gauthier/Los Angeles Times)

@Theblueone
They’ve been conditioned to be terrified of the people they are supposed to serve and protect, since the academy.

This is how they work out the trauma that the state put them through.

@paninid You can hear the hi-fives in the locker room back at the precinct…
@Theblueone same as it's ever been. The police are explicitly politically aligned with oppression.
@Theblueone
They're just practicing for 2025.
@AnarchoNinaWrites
@noyes @AnarchoNinaWrites Sure, but also practicing for how the elites are gonna handle climate change.
@Theblueone Summer and Marissa would have been all over it and Steph and Ryan would have been knee deep (these are references the show "The OC") since it is in Orange County. Big scary cops, impressive picture, no so impressive reality.
@Theblueone now I wonder what would happen if there were a genocide protest and an ongoing school shooting at the same time...

@Theblueone Visors raised and no respirators, too, to spread whatever disease the police are carrying at work

Truly sickening

@Theblueone Who’s a threat to the status quo? You’s a threat to the status quo
@Theblueone police have always enjoyed excessive violence against college student protestors it seems to me…
@Theblueone they prefer to fight unarmed people, especially children.

@Theblueone @Npars01

Most bullies are cowards at heart. It is no surprise at all that they would prefer to attack peaceful protestors than risk going up against dangerous Nazis or school shooters.

@Theblueone wow. just wow. all those ex-military dudes with 6 weeks of training, looking for some action.
