@Kozmo What a horrible idea. Technology can solve some problems. But most problems we have are social probelms. You can't solve them by throwing more inadequate tech solutions at it. If you want fewer abortions, educate your population better, rais the general standard of living, make birthcontrol more accessible, empower all genders to take meaningful decisions in family planing, make raising kids easier for everybody. But that would actually solve some problems. Can't have that.
