Last #ShoppingTrip I got 7 #ChickenThighs.
Yesterday, I said I'd make something special with them for #dinner tonight.
My #plan was to use a #Honey and #Soysauce #marinade I found on #Youtube.
Except I was so scared of starting late, I ended up #marinating the chicken at least an hour early.
Well, #Dinner seems to have gone off with no more than two #hitches, tops.
Hitch 1 was that our #honey was rock solid and I didn't have a clue how to pour it. I got some out, but I don't think it marinated so much as clumped into the bottom of the bowl.
Hitch 2 was the chicken cooking for 23 minutes on one side, 22 on the other, and STILL needing ANOTHER twenty five minutes to #fullycook!
But, almost everyone says they liked the #chicken. Too rushed to take a photo, though.
