Jack Dawsey needs to read more history or even read within his field, even systems engineers understand the concept of "check & balances".
There is no social media platform not being misused to promote anti-democracy public sentiment.
The fact that fascists followed Dawsey from Twitter to Bluesky is the least surprising thing about this statement.
The fact that Dawsey wants apathy, silence, and inaction in the face of this malign influence campaign is also unsurprising.
