Yes, maybe. But he will need to implement some serious oversight from DOJ and reconfigure #SCOTUS , a #IllegitimateSCOTUS because it is not #NotourSCOTUS

I am exhausted from trying to not be so outraged at #MerrickGarland. He sat on his hands far too long and now we the ppl don't get the rights of a speedy trial as directed by a bought judge. She has no shame in the public outrage at her apparent play for #Trumpcrimes or her incredible incompetence. #ShamelessCannon

@JaniceOCG I agree completely. Our justice system is cronyism and grifting. End the lifetime job, make it illegal to make money from payola
