The Federalist Society & Opus Dei must be proud as they smoke their fat cigars in their sponsors' salons, a couple dozen filthy rich oligarchs. As of yesterday, we have 2 1/2 co-equal branches of government. A monarchical president, a feckless, impotent and Republican Congress, and 1/2 a judiciary in the form of a rogue Supreme Court less the District Courts now neutered by CASA. This is not democracy any longer. We, the citizenry, let it slip out of our grasp as we have been rendered frail and powerless post #citizensunited . Was nice while it lasted

Our problem is we are collectively a Charlie Brown and we've got as many as 6, count'em, 6 Lucy's on the Supreme Court. Why so many Lucy's? Isn't that too many Lucy's? My dog is named Lucy and she exactly, perfectly fills me to capacity with Lucy's. Here she is, my nomination for the lone Lucy on SCOTUS effective immediately. Let's kick those damn footballs to the moon!
