@SpockResists I am wondering why the previous guy does not just argue his own legal cases, so that he can use the child-like ignorance of the law, mental incompetence, criminally deranged brain damage, medical and other addictions and similar defences available, to full advantage. Also, since he has never conceded, he can be informed by all judges he meets that, indeed, he is still president, and they have a new White house ready for him. Somewhere in Cuba.

Because Republicans don't have sufficient majority to impeach or convict.
Of course, Democrats are actually *AGAINST* fascism, so Biden wouldn't do this, and if he did, enough Dems would vote for impeachment to impeach. Because Dems *AREN'T* the monsters.

Even assuming the absolute worst, which isn't going to happen, the ruling would say he's immune from prosecution, NOT that everything he says/does is legal and would stand.
Fear mongering, intentional or not.
