Accessory Authentication – Part 1/3 – IOActive

I'm particularly proud of this one. Cross section of floating gate NOR flash bit cells, looking down the length of the channels with the floating and control gates clearly visible.

Very slightly overetched but that's probably just me being a perfectionist.

@azonenberg Is the cut there vertical through the chip with the view in plane of the chip or at an angle looking downwards through the die?
@AMS Vertical cut looking in from the side. The view is actually from a slight angle but the vertical axis is stretched to compensate for the tilt and give correct aspect ratios on the cut face.
