@_Davidsmith @ismh Back in the 2000s driving to work on Intersrate 8 near SDSU at sunset in San Diego, there was a rocket launch out of Vandenberg, the mesmerizing contrails flying off the rocket exhaust were growing across the horizon.

I almost rear-ended someone and stopped looking, and that’s when the demolition derby began. I dodged 3 accidents, 5 happened all around me in 1 minute, and people hit guard rails on exits.

Everyone was hypnotized by the spectacle in the sky.
