Easy #run this morning through the local castle park.Afterwards,mandatory stretching,followed by strength training.Usually,I do strength training before #running.But today,I resisted my inner Adrian #Monk & let out the Punk🤣
4 runs 2 go.Sunday pace-training,Monday easy #running,Wednesday a very disturbing tempo-run (30mins@3:57mins/km🥵) and thursday veeery easy jogging.I asked the organizer of #DeutschePostHalfmarathon to place me in a starting position further forward. And they did😊#Garmin
