Even a small static one is good already.
Flaky@pixel I think my main issue - besides the financial and mental part - is finding a good host/domain registrar. I have seen Lume though and that did give me an itch...
@Flaky well, you could always start on something like https://neocities.org/ for hosting and a subdomain, and once the financial ability is there, go somewhere else!

domains can be very cheap tbh. 5-10 bucks a year, i went from a weird subdomain to an old nice sub domain servcice (it was at *.de.vu - that service shut down tho) to a real de domain. (i had those sub domains just because i didnt have any form of bank account)
