While the US congress has been blocked for 150 days, even the tiny mountain country of Kosovo is now sending their first two military aid packages to Ukraine containing:

— Mortar rounds
— Trucks
— Tacktical armored vehicles

I'm guessing Kosovo's government sees a Russian win against Ukraine as a big threat against itself via the empowerment the Russia-aligned nationalists faction in Serbia would get?
By helping Ukraine they are helping themselves.
