MöhrchenEasy & short 7.5km #run today. Had to stay within 4:59mins/km & 5:36mins/km. For the 1st time in weeks my head switched to auto-pilot & my mind to idle. It was just me, the music & happiness.
Did not feel the alarm of the #fenix6xpro & ran a 4:50mins/km & faster.
So this seems to be my new "easy #running"😁 hopefully it was not too hard as Coach Greg has prepared a menu of raw & bloody minced meat for tomorrow. Had a great time with The Rumjacks & their Song "Pot and Kettle".
