Between this site and a few others, I must have typed a dozen times "Go to my blog, find the Criminal Law FAQ page under the resources tab of my blog and read the entire page."
Why?
Because dozens of people are saying the exact same phrases.
That's what happens in group think ecosystems.
If you are saying the same thing, in the same words, that hundreds of other people are saying, you have lost your way.
I saw the news, and I understood the implications of it from everything I've read before, and I thought - well - that sucks a ton, it looks like the SC is paying back Trump - they're trying to paint inside the lines, but still give Trump the delay he wants.
And then I thought - well, we have to fight harder - what can I do to ensure we don't lose our democracy to the people who have been activated by Trump?
Thank you for helping me figure out where to turn my anger.
