@benroyce @TerpieCat People keep saying that. He's not exactly hard to track, and the govt would and does keep an eye on him. It's hard not to.

You guys are letting him steer the conversation. The point was he lost and has to pay up. Being able to use a bond is actually a huge favor to acknowledge the appeal.

@ThreeSigma @GottaLaff @TerpieCat I understand your point but we're not decision makers or pundits on tv we're just cranky voices on social media venting. obviously the ideal is we just ignore Donald Trump, but we're way beyond a point where we steer the topic to what matters, we're in full on kill the beast mode. We're tired and we're sick of the endless damage he's doing to us all and all we can do is cheer his downfall. This is our small respite.

I get that, but it's still worth asking "is this a question that really needs answering?" The fascism doesn't spread just through mass media, it spreads through social contact too, so it doesn't hurt to train yourself not to play their game.

@benroyce @TerpieCat @GottaLaff he'd be bluffing. He literally needs to be center of attn... And in Russia he'd be nothing.

Unless he's facing actual jail or complete asset forfeiture or both I doubt he's a flight risk. Neither of those things is likely to happen even if karma says they should.
