I get that, but it's still worth asking "is this a question that really needs answering?" The fascism doesn't spread just through mass media, it spreads through social contact too, so it doesn't hurt to train yourself not to play their game.

Unless he's facing actual jail or complete asset forfeiture or both I doubt he's a flight risk. Neither of those things is likely to happen even if karma says they should.

I'm fully dubious that he does have a $100 mil bond available to him. These posers would readily haggle the court down and then ask for an extension due to unforeseeable issues with the bond. I'm hoping the judge remembers he wasn't born yesterday.
