Fact: primary class sizes are now the highest in Europe, secondary class sizes are the highest since records began almost 50 years ago.

That’s definitely an improvement, isn’t it?

Indeed much more efficient. If we could increase state class sizes to 100 think about all the teachers we could fire. Enough for a nice tax cut.

After all private education doesn't come cheap and would ensure the proletariat wouldn't take so many University places. Double bonus.
