abadideaThis is the internals of the ceiling lamp the previous owners of the apartment installed which turned out to have a surprise bluetooth speaker the neighbors accidentally connected to. I can barely reach it and I don’t have a lot of tools. I would like to keep the lamp part functional while killing the speaker. Can I just cut the exposed wires?
gerrit@0xabad1dea no. Perhaps inside the white box. But it will hold the adapter and judging buy the # of wires to the LED assembly I suspect it can do tricks with colors. Did I mention the option of using a hammer on this device already? The good thing is that it probably has no batteries in it so if you flick the switch all is off. Or not. In which case I suggest to use a hammer, but only after disconnecting the power lines. Unless sparks are your thing - hammer away!!!! 😘
