Andrew LeaheyI have to this point in my life been criminally under utiliizing parchment paper in the kitchen.
Alyson Decker@andrew one time a friend (who was not a good cook) used wax paper instead of parchment paper thinking it was the same thing. She then tried to serve us the wax coated baked “good”.
@alysondecker Oh noooooo. I can't even imagine what a goopy mess that must turn in to?
I think paraffin is used in cheap chocolate, so I guess it can't have immediately deleterious health effects.
@andrew I declined to try it. Others were like what an interesting texture…

Rosemary McNaughton@andrew I made a baked potato bar for 35 tonight in my #cohousing community and did parchment paper on pans under the sweet potatoes. Made cleanup so much easier! Did the white potatoes right on the racks.
