And with a glass of water just before midnight, I ended this Dry January. Was it so hard to not drink alcohol? Actually no, not at all. It's a habit I can easily get rid of.

In my desire to limit myself in a different way each month this year, I've renamed February to 'Veguary'.
Iā€™m afraid it will be more difficult than Dry January. Let's go meatless or at least try to reduce meat as much as possible.
