These things can't all be controlled through a central office, there are jobs where you can't make a living wage, for people who want to supplement their income, if you're in a job that doesn't cover your basic needs it's up to you (not the government) to decide whether or not to stay in that job...enough with the nanny state. People need to be better decision makers not have their decisions made by the state

@zombywoof @Jedigirl In the US the median cost of living is 0.8 years of full time male median income, 1.06 years of female median income and 2.79 years of minimum wage.

Current unemployment runs about 3.7%

Where do you propose the minimum wage worker gets the other 2 years' worth of income just to get by?
