Workers who constructed protective berms around Grindavik have shared some amazing close-up footage of the lava flow from the new fissure as they attempt to save their heavy machinery.

@pete @Heidiknits so after some digging, it seems there are sheep and other animals who are trapped in Grindavik. "Dozens of sheep and several family pets are believed to be trapped in Grindavík, RÚV reports."
