One is an active transphobe trying to strictly define gender in an exclusionary and bigoted way. The other is a person using a witty quip to call out the bigot by using the bigots words against them.

@JoshuaHolland I am so sick of people asking that ignorant question, when a number of people are born with parts of both sexes or sexually indeterminate. The MAGA God made people who may not have been assigned a gender at birth because it could not be done. If 2 fertilized eggs develop into a single human, a chimera, that person can be both male and female, both sister and brother. Women who have Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome have XY chromosomes but defaulted to female.
