I fancied roasted vegetables, they go perfectly with the cold winter weather. After some searching in my recipes, I found this: roasted vegetables with Ras el Hanout. It took a while because I had to make the spice blend myself (luckily there was still rose water in my cupboard) but it was oh so worth it. I added some scrambled egg, because why not?!
