My counsellor suggested that my #cyclothymia diagnosis may need revisiting - and that my symptoms and experiences may just be a normal human reaction to being trapped in a toxic marriage. She has a hunch that I may however have #adhd. I’m on the waiting list for an assessment. #mentalhealth
