#Tsarina Kinga Suma saying the Ontario Science Centre is 54 years old so we need to tear it down and put up a new one. Don't tell the #ROM 111 years old or the #AGO at 123 years old.

The land is the investment. They could put a petting zoo in there and it will still be worth more in 5-10-50 years. My assumption has always been "an option to buy". With the penchant for NDAs we won't know until the offer is done.
