there are approximately one hundred thousand miles between a jury trial of a powerful white billionaire and the historical extrajudicial murders by a powerful racial majority against Black Americans

i was at the trial too, and there was levity, but i had SEVERAL conversations with journalists there about the gravity and challenging emotions of watching someone barreling headfirst towards spending a substantial portion of the rest of his life in prison
GadgetGav@molly0xfff Whether it was covered with levity or seriousness, it was all self inflicted by SBF. From the initial crime, through the pre-trial media tour, to the witness stand, he brought it all on himself. The polar opposite of a lynching.
