Still waiting for the new #EV charger at #Haast which the Labour Government and Meridian Energy promised over a year ago. It will plug a big gap in the #SouthIsland charging network and open up a wonderful new scenic trip for owners, renters, and subscribers (that's me!) of electric cars in Aotearoa. #NZ

@gwilymgj Ah crud, just saw this from Meridian on PlugShare: “Unfortunately due to logistical difficulties, this charger will not be complete by Christmas I'm sorry. We are hoping at this stage to have it operational by April.” Oh for the days when NZ was good at building stuff quickly!
