I’m proud of the fact that I train with National level swimmers and hold my own. I can’t compete though as I have the sudden death heart condition #hypertrophiccardiomyopathy or #hcm. It’s hard to know how hard to push, but as the old cliche goes, if I die in the pool, at least I’ll die doing what I love. #swimming #heart
