Ok. That did not go well. The speech didn’t go quite as I’d rehearsed it, but even had it gone *perfectly* I’d still not have made it.

I have to accept the political winds against me were too strong. An electable position is gone.

I don’t know what my next step is here, so don’t ask me that right now. 🙂 #BDK23
