@nixCraft why, the heck, some shitty file is put in the root system directory? though, windoze is total crap on itself and has total mess with file system and files hierarchy, it's not a reason to make even more crappy software.

@iron_bug Not root, c:\temp, the Windows equivalent of /tmp.
