@corbin_lambeth, my opinion: the news corporations are putting profits ahead of all else. It's more profitable to keep the race close (more ad revenue).
Back in 2016, they dedicated equal air time to covering both candidates' scandals, all one of them for the democrat, and all 16 for the republican (going from memory, might have been a few more or less).
