@ViciousBabushka Even without a politicized health ministry, it's difficult to imagine how they could come up with reliable accounts in the midst of this war. (Is Hamas even known for effective governance?) Regardless, I still assume that the human cost is high, certainly higher than many national publics are willing to tolerate.
