If you can help me out: what was the breakthrough that worked for your milk and what kind of dairy alternative worked best so far?

Guess my main issue was that I didn't do my research 😅 I just held the foamer in and thought it would just magically make nice foam (which in a way it does but not what one would see as 'nanofoam').
So now I do the two stages of 1) increasing volume by adding air and bubbles 2) killing all big bubbles by shifting the foamer to a position where it just moves around the milk until it looks smooth.
So far this worked great with all sorts of barista plant milks :)
@bleeptrack Keep at it! I started making one or two lattes/cortados/macchiatos every day and now I sometimes impress myself.
