Colorado Ethics Watch went to court to get Trump removed from the ballot in the 2024 presidential election for engaging in insurrection (as per the 14th amendment).

Trump then tried to dismiss the case, but the District Court Judge replied, she is not having it.

So on Monday, October 30, in Denver Colorado… IT IS ON!
