People love to go there for a few years because it literally springboards them to better job opportunities, i.e. higher pay

@anianimalsmoe It feels like we have larger structural problems that nobody wants to face, like corporations getting way too large and shareholder value devolving everything down to a dollar value with no human value. If our governments could figure that out, then perhaps consultants would lose some of their power.
