One thing I’ll never understand is why the GOP rails against Biden for stopping loads of fentanyl from entering the country. Every time there’s a major bust, they treat it like it means things are going badly for the country—when in fact it means the precise opposite. They are stopping more of the bad guys. You just can’t win with the GOP spin.

@jammer2k @georgetakei he literally did that and they were upset. He pet an emergency response dog in Maui and the conservatives were up in arms for a good 24 hours until they found something else to be angry about. 😱

@jammer2k @georgetakei didn't that happen just a few months back? Although I think it wasn't a pup, but an adult doggo doing very good work for FEMA (helping search for survivors at a disaster site) and the GOP complained about Biden being "distracted" (even though it seemed like a perfectly normal thing to do, and he wasn't distracting the dog either as it appeared to be taking a break and off duty)

@georgetakei personally I think the #WarOnDrugs needs to end including cancelling all #VictimlessCrimes, purging all convictions, freeing as well as rehabilitating and reimbursing those affrcted by it.
