Michael Slade@cabel @chockenberry @sdw I was at NBC Burbank editing network promotional ads when Pink Lady and Jeff ran. (Around 1980) This was in the Fred Silverman era and the idea was the two women would learn English over the course of the show. My recollection is that they were great musical performers but the show never took off.
@michaelslade This is fantastic trivia!! I believe the show was a Sid and Marty Krofft production which makes it ALL the wilder. Whatever happened to variety shows, anyway?
