How much do you sleep? (I slept in today)
@shanselman I try to get 8 a night. I've only been getting 7 lately due to some family health issues
@shanselman never as much as they say I should. Never been that good at sleeping...
@shanselman I try for 8, and feel better if I routinely get it, but I often don't feel ready to sleep at bedtime and can't achieve 8 with a later bedtime.
@shanselman (I was in a hotel on Thursday and Friday… evidently with mixed success)
@shanselman not enough; small children
@shanselman not as much as I would 😅
@shanselman I love my wife because she’s in bed every night by 10p, which in turn keeps my sleep schedule regular. When she’s out of town for work, I’m like a ship without a compass when it comes to bedtime 😂
@shanselman Around 6 hours on average but something’s been waking me up a smidge earlier this week.
@shanselman I've been working on getting up over 7h/night. I'm getting close, a huge improvement from 4-5h per night.
@shanselman I aim for 8 but since I switched from Sleep Cycle to wearing my Apple Watch to bed it’s only registering 6.5 on average.
@shanselman Watch data shows a hair over 7 hours average in the last month. I probably would be better off with a bit more on average TBH.
@shanselman sleeping in is good 10/10 would recommend
@shanselman Need? About 8-9 hours. Get? 7 hours on a good day, 5-6 most days of the week.
@shanselman Wearing a wristwatch I would wake up every time I turn over. As it is, Eight hours in bed, about six of those being good sleep, the rest tossing and turning.
@shanselman pretty damn proud of this, especially since I think I have room to improve. Pro tip: treat sleep apnea.
