@slaine These are 240V PAL. Got a C128/C1571 combo upstairs with NTSC. Untested drive though (yikes!).
Cool old computer :) Too bad they didn’t boost the SID and VIC as well.
I had that one, when my father bought me a C64 it was the latest fancy version...
The first computer I bought to my son was a fancy 14" Ryzen 3 Laptop...
Not sure who is the luckiest though...
@freezr You :)
Only thing I have nostalgia for when it comes to PCs are my GUS card. The rest was frustrating :)
not sure what you talking about, but one of the reason I moved on consoles was because the thousands floppy or the long loading time, multi buttons pad...
And computers became a tool to work with not to play on.
@freezr Saying those old computers have a nostalgic value because they had individuality. PCs are just tools that you constantly want to upgrade. For better and worse.
I just never felt nostalgic for all the PCs I’ve owned over the years. There’s nothing fun or exiting about an old Pentium.
Except the GUS card. Man it sounded so good.

For that you need one of these :)
