It is a felony for #Trump to "receive" a firearm that has travelled in interstate commerce (the latter requirement is almost always satisfied as it just means the gun at some point after manufacture went from one state to another prior to the receipt). 18 USC 922(n).

@GottaLaff This is as insane as the purchaser. He has secret service protection, he lives in his gilded cages in FL & NJ. Why could he possibly need a gun? Surely he cannot be intent on shooting someone on 5th Ave. just to prove a point. SC must have really lax laws for non-residents to allow such a purchase. Wonder what background check the seller performed, if any.
