After months of protest, the only people that still seem "thrilled" about bulldozing #OntarioPlace are Kinga Surma, Premier Ford and #Therme spa. 🤷‍♀️​

Reminder: MPP Surma started out as staffer in the administration of former Toronto 'crack' mayor Rob Ford.
In 2018, #DougFord heavily "supported" her nomination for PC candidate. In fact, "according to evidence, Mr. Ford was involved directly in the sale of bogus memberships on behalf of Ms. Surma."

Premier #DougFord has been a friend & mentor to Ms. Surma for years. After appointing her as Infrastructure Minister he introduced #bill69 (69) which gave MPP Surma total authority over provincial real estate that was previously controlled by 8 other ministries, allowing her to oversee & solely manage all Ontario govt. properties with little scrutiny or pushback.
The Premier has also gifted Surma's father with a plum appointment. #onpoli #ontario
