After co-presenter Tony Gowell invited a hundred #kaftan-bedecked #MrsRoper cosplayers to storm the #DragonCon2023 #Masquerade stage, the ladies confused #millennials and #GenwrationZ alike as they strutted through the #Atlanta #Hyatt and #Marriott to their appointed #PhotoShoot outside the #Hilton.
#GinAndTonic from the #RegalBeagle was consumed and a sea of red wigs assembled on the steps.
Then things got weird.

With her #OverlookHotel carpet-pattern #kaftan and axe, #DragonCon2023 #cosplayer Heather Miller mashed up #HelenRoper from #ThreesCompany and #StanleyKubrick's film adaptation of #StephenKing's “#TheShining.”
Fun triple-entendre:
• Stanley Kubrick directed “The Shining.”
• The story was inspired by King’s 1974 visit to the #StanleyHotel in #EstesPark, Colorado.
• And #MrsRoper’s long-suffering husband… was named Stanley.
